Moody Meadows – Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions These are the terms and conditions that govern your use of this website and any purchase of a gift voucher. This forms a legal agreement between you, the user of the website and purchaser of any Gift Voucher, and Moody Meadows (“Seller”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and you must agree to these Terms in order to purchase a Gift Voucher. 1. Purchase of Gift Vouchers 1.1. Gift vouchers may be purchased online, over the phone or in person at Moody Meadows. 1.2. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment by credit or debit card, via our nominated third party payment processor. 1.3 If we are unable to authorise your payment, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you and give you the opportunity to rectify the issue. If we are unable to do so, we will cancel the order. 1.4. Gift vouchers are non-refundable except where required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 1.5 Please review your order before submitting it. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the Gift Experience(s) under these Terms. You confirm all details are accurate, the payment card is yours, and sufficient funds are available. 1.6 Our website allows you to purchase gift vouchers for various products or services. These vouchers can be redeemed by the recipients for the specified value or for the specific product or service mentioned on the voucher. 2. Delivery of Vouchers 2.1. Digital gift vouchers will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. 2.2. Moody Meadows is not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information supplied by the purchaser. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the postal service. 2.3. If you do not receive your digital voucher within 24 hours, please contact us for assistance. 3. Redemption & Use 3.1. Gift vouchers can be redeemed only for products and services offered by Moody Meadows. 3.2. Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption. 3.3. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or used to purchase additional gift vouchers. 3.4. If the value of a purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method. 3.5. If the purchase total is less than the voucher value, the unused balance will remain on the voucher until expiry. 3.6 Gift Voucher use can depend on availability, and specific dates or times cannot be guaranteed. We recommend redeeming them as early as possible. 3.7 Gift vouchers are transferable unless otherwise specified. The original recipient of the voucher can transfer it to another person for redemption, provided the voucher has not been redeemed or expired. 4. Validity & Expiry 4.1. Moody Meadows gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. 4.2. Expired vouchers cannot be used, extended, or refunded. 4.3. The validity period begins on the purchase date, not the date the voucher is received by the recipient. 5. Loss, Theft & Security 5.1. Please treat your gift voucher like cash. 5.2. Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised-use vouchers will not be replaced or refunded unless required by law. 5.3. Moody Meadows is not responsible for vouchers used without permission. 6. Refunds & Cancellations 6.1. Once purchased, gift vouchers are non-refundable unless Moody Meadows is legally required to offer a refund. 6.2. If a voucher was purchased in error, contact us within 24 hours, and we will review the request at our discretion. 6.3. If Moody Meadows cancels a service or product booked using a voucher, a replacement voucher or alternative option will be offered. 7. Fraud & Misuse 7.1. Moody Meadows reserves the right to refuse any voucher that appears to be counterfeit, altered, damaged, or obtained unlawfully. 7.2. Vouchers may be cancelled if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity or misuse. 8. Changes to Terms 8.1. Moody Meadows reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. 8.2. Changes will not affect vouchers already purchased unless required by law.
